The Adima Group are looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join our team in a small but busy office.



This role would suit a conscientious, pro active individual who is prepared to go the extra mile and one that thrives on the many aspects of this varied job as detailed below.

In return we would be prepared to tailor the working hours, to suit the correct individual. A competitive salary is offered and is negotiable, dependent on experience.



The main duties are as follows;



¥ Placing orders in line with the company purchase ordering system

¥ Communicating and liaising with customers

¥ Communicating and liaising with site operatives

¥ The issuing of daily and weekly job sheets to operatives

¥ Administration of maintenance contracts

¥ Booking accommodation / travel arrangements for operatives

¥ Dealing with all incoming post

¥ Assisting office staff as and when required

¥ General administrative duties



Skills / Experience



¥ Excellent organisational/co-ordination skills

¥ Excellent MS Office skills

¥ Good understanding of MS Outlook

¥ Excellent communicator

¥ Team player as well as the ability to use own initiative

¥ Excellent eye for detail

¥ Customer focused

¥ Ability to manage own workload to project timelines

¥ Project Co-ordination Skills

¥ Confident in dealing with individuals at all levels

¥ Flexible approach to all aspects of workload



Salary £15k - £18k (Based on a 40 hour working week)
