To provide efficient and proactive Office Manager/Co-ordinator duties for our ROCHDALE Office.

To provide PA support to Head of Office.



Key Responsibilities:



Data input into company database.

Answer the phone, input orders.

Meet & greet customers

General administration & correspondence

Compiling paper work

Monitor general upkeep of fixtures and fittings of office

Ordering of printed stationery, paper and consumables

Petty Cash handling

Organise support staff resource (including rotas) (where appropriate)

Maintain a tidy and organised office which promotes a professional image to visitors and clients.

Understanding the need for confidentiality at all times with good use of grammar and good spelling ability.

Co-ordinate travel when required



Candidate Profile:



Technical Skills:

Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and databases and with the ability to pick up new software quickly. High efficiency, excellent organisational and time management skills with good attention to detail and accuracy



Communications skills:

Professional manner, articulate with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels



Essential Personal skills:

Flexible ‘can do’ positive attitude, self-motivated and able to use own initiative, ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, team player, results orientated, people focused and persuasive, able to multi-task effectively and with good forward planning skills. Ability to work without supervision and manage own time effectively is essential.



Desirable Personal skills:

Knowledge of local geography

Knowledge of database software

Previous experience in a similar role at this level would be advantageous



Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm Friday 8am-3:30pm with half an hour lunch break each day.



Very competitive salary will be offered depending on experience and skills.
